APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR FOLLOWING VACANT POSTS IN
SPECIAL SECURITY UNIT (SSU), SINDH POLICE KARACHI
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The candidate skilled in Judo Karate, Martial Arts, Taekwondo, Boxing, Driving Skills, Tactics, Weapon Handling. Physical Training, English Language, Etiquettes and Ethics, Leadership and Motivation, Swimming, Bomb Disposal Training, Religious Education, LT Law Drill & Discipline will be given preference.
2. The tenure of contract base appointment will initially be a period.
3. Senior Trainers must have a background in military with extensive experience in training & should possess relevant certifications or qualifications in training and tactical methodologies.
4. Candidates must have a background with relevant qualifications and experience in their respective fields. Senior trainers & Instructors should have expertise in specialized subjects. Medical Officers must hold a valid degree and have experience in related field.
5. The appointment may be extended based on satisfactory performance and the organization's requirements. Final appointment shall be on the basis of written test/interview/medical fitness and verification of character & documents.
6. Candidate involved in any criminal case are not eligible for appointment. If any candidate is found involved in criminal case, his candidature may be cancelled at any stage.
7. The remuneration for Senior Trainers, Instructors, Junior Trainers shall be a fixed, salary as per the organization's policies. Taxes and other applicable deductions shall be implemented in accordance with the rules and regulations of the governing authorities.
8. The performance of all appointed staff members will be regularly assessed based on predefined criteria and standards.
9. All appointed staff members must adhere to the organization's code of conduct, ethics, and professional standards. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination of the contract.
10. Either party may terminate the contract with a notice period of 30 days in writing or compensation in lieu of notice. Termination may also occur in case of gross misconduct. violation of laws, or failure to meet the expected performance standards.
11. All appointed staff members must maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information or operational details related to SSU. Breach of confidentiality may lead to immediate termination and legal consequences.

13. The appointment and contractual relationship between the appointed staff members and SSU shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SSU operates.
14. These terms and conditions may be amended, modified, or supplemented by mutual agreement between the appointed staff members and SSU, as required.
15. All candidates must attach attested copies of certificate, CNIC, domicile, PRC, Educational Experience certificates and 4 recent passport size photographs along with prescribed application forms and CV.
16. In case competent authority requires any trainers to reside in centers facility then suitable accommodation will be provided.
17. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date will not be entertained.
18. No TA/DA will be admissible for test and interview.
