Job Summary
CMC Petroleum is seeking two experienced and organized Office Secretaries to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing office documentation, communication, records, and coordination activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office correspondence via email and messaging platforms
Maintain proper logbooks, records, and documentation
Perform basic book keeping and record management
Prepare and manage reports, letters, and office documents
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and documentation
Manage reminders, follow-ups, and task tracking
Coordinate with internal departments for routine matters
Maintain WhatsApp and mobile communication for official purposes
Ensure organized filing (soft and hard copies)
Assist management in routine administrative tasks
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Basic proficiency in Windows OS
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
Strong email communication skills
Good command over Android mobile usage
Professional use of WhatsApp for office coordination
Experience in log keeping & book keeping
Excellent follow-up and reminder management
