1、Offline On-site Inspection: Visit stores in accordance with established standard processes and requirements, and flexibly verify the specific situation of merchants.
2、Telephone Investigation: Communicate flexibly with customers to obtain corresponding information in accordance with the established SOP.
3、Collect relevant information about competitors.
4、Identify anomalies through data and proactively initiate investigations.
5、Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
6、Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures .
